At midday of 15th January, at the merging classroom, Junior High Section of Anqing Foreign Language School convened the all faculty conference.
At the meeting, Director Ling Qian arranged the final work requirements of this semester.
In the first place, he stressed the importance of gathering and clearing data& materials. Also, all teachers should focus on their work summary& reflection as well as plans for future work. Furthermore, all staff were required to conclude work on schedule based on their respective responsibilities. Meanwhile, each and every one was supposed to hand in teaching materials to relevant divisions without delay for reference and documentation.
In the second place, Director Ling reminded all teachers that during the winter holiday season, they should keep their private property intact, especially valuable ones. Besides, they were supposed to hand in and protect public property.
In the third place, the conference released advance notice of the final examination& winter vacation schedules and unscrambled the winter holiday system.
